Our tools are designed to assist with financial calculations and data processing. They are not a substitute for professional accounting advice.

Account Registration

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Credits and Payments

Credit System

Our services operate on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased as one-time payments
• Credits do not expire and remain valid indefinitely
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Credit usage varies by tool and operation

Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect previously purchased credits. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests should be submitted to our support team. Partial refunds may be issued for partially used credit packages.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Mohasib and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

You retain ownership of any data you upload to our services. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide our services to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results will be accurate or reliable
• The services will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

Important: Our financial tools are for informational purposes only. You should verify all calculations and consult with a qualified accountant or financial advisor before making financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohasib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mohasib, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• At your request

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
